EXHIBIT BOOTHS AND LOUNGES
The AWID Forum offers a chance to collectives/ groups/ organizations to showcase their products, publications, information etc in the Exhibit area. We will have both exhibit booths and lounges in the Forum Exhibit Area. You must register to attend the Forum for you to qualify to have a booth/lounge at the Forum. After submitting your request to have a booth, a payment link will be sent to the Liaison person to make the payment.Exhibit booths and lounges are available on a first come first paid for basis.
Booth 1 Standard Booth (3x3 m H2.5 m) at the rate of 500 USD per booth
- System as partition
- Exhibitor’s name and Booth number
- 1 Lockable cabinet with AWID graphic size 50x100x75cm
- 2 chairs, and 1 wastepaper basket
- Beige Carpet
- 1 unit of 5 amp power socket (not for lighting)
- 2 units standard lighting (for panel)

Booth 2 Designed Booth (3x3 m H3.5 m) at the rate of 650 USD per booth
- Construction Backdrop, white panel 2.50m. high with PVC Laser
- Exhibitor’s name on Tower with graphic
- 1 Lockable Counter with AWID graphic (Stick directly on counter) size 100x100x50cm
- 1 stool bar chair, and 1 wastepaper basket

EXTRA furniture, power points, electronics, equipment and services not included in the exhibit booths and lounges package can be ordered at an additional cost to the exhibitor. Exhibitors will be invoiced directly for the extras by the service provider and all orders are to be paid before the event.

Marketplace
Marketplace Tables (Rectangular Table with Skirt) cost USD 50 and are given out on a first-come first served basis. Participants use Marketplace tables to sell items such as books, crafts, clothing, bags, and other goods or services.
