The Program

The AWID Forum Program features a wide range of activities that includes:
Interactive Sessions, Workshops and Discussions
Festival Hall & Stage with activities, performances, interviews
Art shows, film screenings, multimedia installations
Exhibition Hall and Marketplace, connected to the Festival Space
Healing Justice Activities and Rejuvenation Spaces
Gala Dinner, with dancing, singing, celebration, more dancing!
The full Forum schedule will be released through 2024, so stay tuned!

Exhibit and Marketplace

The Forum will host Exhibit Booths and Marketplace connected to the larger Festival Space. When you register for the Forum, you will be asked if you’d be interested in applying for an Exhibit Booth or Marketplace Table. If you click on yes, an application form will be emailed to you, with information and instructions.
Exhibit Booths will be granted on a first-come first-served basis. The cost of the booth (materials and setup) will depend on what additional amenities you require (example: monitor, with electricity and internet).

Marketplace Table
Marketplace Tables (Rectangular Table with Skirt) cost USD 50 and are given out on a first-come first served basis. Participants use Marketplace tables to sell items such as books, crafts, clothing, bags, and other goods or services.

Evening Receptions

Space will be made available to funders, INGOs and other organizations interested in hosting a Reception, Book Launch, Film Screening, or other evening social activity at the Convention Centre (on Dec 2 and 3 only)
