Individual Participant:

In-person registrations are full and closed - but you can register to join the Forum virtually! Follow this link.

If you had started the in-person registration process and indicated bank transfer as your payment method, don’t worry; you can still upload payment slips via the wire transfer option and complete your registration until Friday, 1 November.

Volunteer:

Group Registrations Steps:
  1. Click on “Buy Group Registration” to create an account and pay for 2 or more registrations. After you pay, you will receive a series of codes, one per registrant.
  2. Register with Codes: Use the “Register with Code” link to Register with your Code.
Volunteer work - 15th AWID International Forum

AWID is seeking qualified applicants to serve as Volunteers during the 15th AWID International Forum. The Forum will be held on 2-5 December at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) in Bangkok, Thailand.
Volunteers will be required to work half a day for alternate days during the Forum. In exchange, volunteers will be entitled to a reduced Forum registration fee of $150 US. All other costs including accommodation, airfare, visa and incidental expenses associated with participation in the Forum are the responsibility of the volunteer.
Volunteer assignments will be based on the needs of the Forum. The majority of volunteer tasks involve informal interpretation or translation to/from English and Arabic, French, Spanish, Thai and Sign Language (ASL/ISL) in various participants' touch points. Trilingual speakers will be given priority. We will also give priority to people that have worked in the disability justice spaces, most especially in events, convenings and conferences. We also have special volunteer positions available for videographers and/or photographers.
Volunteers must agree to participate in pre-forum orientation sessions. We regret that people unable to attend this orientation will not be able to participate in this program.
